- All in a FUN atmosphere!
Easy and Accessible
A Heartmoves class is an easy and accessible physical activity program that helps improve overall health, well-being and quality of life. All fitness levels an ages are welcome and therefore anyone can join a Heartmoves class.
ANYONE can join
The program has also been designed for older people who may not have exercised in a while, or those managing a chronic condition such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity. All fitness levels and ages are welcome and therefore ANYONE can join.

We have wheelchair access and plenty of car parking.
You will need to bring along a water bottle and a small towel.
