The Complete Package
Nutritionist devised recipes highlighting produce from local suppliers combining quality proteins, complex carbohydrates, essential fatty acids and a variety of vegetables and fruits to maximise your fat burning capacity and kick start your metabolism. At your fingertips will be a complete guide to portion sizes in each food group, with education on how you can integrate this into your own favourite recipes. We show you how to use herbs and spices in meals to increase health benefits as well as information on nutrition controversies such as low fat verses full fat.

A long advocate of moderation, Sandy believes in nourishing the body giving consideration to the individuals mental, physical and emotional state. During the 4 week challenge you will be encouraged to think about why and how you are feeding your body. You need to make notes in your “Mental Wellness” diary alongside, your movement and nutrition journal.
